By using Voyara you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of other travellers, you confirm you have their authority to do so and that the details you provide for them are accurate.
You must be at least eighteen and able to enter a binding contract. Travel documents, visas, vaccinations and entry requirements remain your responsibility. We may share guidance but we do not guarantee entry to any country.
Names on a booking must match the traveller's passport or government identification. Airlines and hotels charge for corrections, and some tickets cannot be corrected at all. We are not responsible for costs arising from details you supplied incorrectly.
Voyara acts as an agent. Your contract for the actual travel is with the airline, hotel, villa owner or other supplier. They operate the service. We arrange it, monitor it, and act on your instructions.
This matters when something goes wrong. If a hotel closes its pool, an airline cancels a flight, or a villa is not as described, the supplier is responsible for performance. We will represent you, escalate on your behalf, and pursue what you are owed, and we record everything we do so you can see it.
What we are responsible for is our own conduct: booking what you approved, at the price you approved, and telling you the truth about it.
Nothing that spends your money happens without your explicit approval, with one exception: a standing rule you switch on yourself, which only permits actions that are reversible and strictly better for you, such as rebooking the same room at a lower price inside a free cancellation window. You can turn standing rules off at any time.
We monitor booked travel for schedule changes, disruptions and price movement. This is a best efforts service. Suppliers do not always publish changes promptly and data feeds fail. We do not guarantee that we will detect every change, and you remain responsible for checking in and arriving on time.
For most accommodation we buy at a wholesale rate and add a stated service margin. We show you four numbers on every booking: what the market charges, what we pay the supplier, what we add, and your total. That disclosure is deliberate.
Prices are quoted in your selected currency by the supplier, not converted by us after the fact. Your bank may still apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.
Supplier quotes expire, often within minutes. A price is only held once a booking is confirmed. If a rate moves between search and purchase we stop and tell you rather than charging a different amount.
Membership is billed in advance for the stated period and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. We do not pro rate part periods unless required by law in your jurisdiction.
Voyara Cash is a promotional credit. It is not money, has no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or sold.
We may change earn rates, caps and expiry for future issuance. Credit already issued keeps the terms it was issued under.
The supplier's policy governs. We show you the exact cancellation terms before you book and again before you cancel, including any penalty and the amount that will be returned. We do not add a cancellation fee of our own.
Cancel from your trip in the app, or contact us. We confirm the outcome with the supplier before telling you a booking is released. If we cannot confirm it, we say so rather than assuming.
Refunds are issued by the supplier or the payment processor and typically reach a card within five to ten business days once processed. Some suppliers issue credit rather than money, and where that is the case we tell you before you cancel, not after.
Most airline tickets are non refundable. In the United States, a ticket cancelled within twenty four hours of booking is refundable in full where departure is seven or more days away. Outside that window a fare reduction usually returns as airline credit rather than money, and we will tell you which applies before you decide.
If we book something other than what you approved, we fix it at our cost. That is the entire point of showing you an approval before anything is purchased.
We use it to arrange and monitor your travel, to support you when something goes wrong, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal data. We do not show advertising.
Only the suppliers required to fulfil a booking, and the processors that run our infrastructure and payments. Airlines and hotels receive the traveller details they require and no more.
Card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Booking and financial records are kept as long as tax and consumer protection law requires. Conversations and forwarded emails are kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete anything not required by law.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Travellers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to complain to a supervisory authority.
We keep an append only record of actions taken on your trips, including what was proposed, what you approved and what was executed. These records are retained even if other data is deleted, because they exist to protect you in a dispute.
